A huge congratulations to our KMDC teacher, Maria, on an incredible milestone in her journey as a choreographer.
For the recent BBO$ London performance, Maria created more than five original choreographies, while also directing and leading our KMDC dancers throughout the entire performance process.
Weβre incredibly proud to see Maria taking this exciting step into professional choreography and bringing her creativity, vision, and leadership onto a real stage.
Watching one of our own KMDC teachers continue to grow as an artist while creating opportunities for our dancers makes this moment even more special.
Maria is also currently leading our BAD Filming Project, with many more creative projects and performances to come together with the KMDC community.

Last week, our KMDC dancers had the incredible opportunity to perform alongside BBO$ at their London show β creating not only a successful performance, but also a truly unforgettable experience together.
Seeing our dancers step onto the stage with confidence, energy, and passion was such a proud moment for all of us. π€

BURLESQUE was created as a bold and theatrical filming project centred on confidence, character, musicality, and performance.
Throughout the project, Team A explored how movement can communicate far more than choreography alone. Every look, pause, gesture, and change of energy became part of the performance, challenging the dancers to remain fully present and expressive in front of the camera.
The choreography combined elegant lines, controlled dynamics, commercial movement, and dramatic details. Rather than relying only on power or synchronisation, the dancers had to develop their own characters while still maintaining a strong and unified team identity.
One of the greatest challenges of this project was learning how to balance precision with individuality. Each dancer was encouraged to bring their own personality, confidence, and interpretation to the choreography without losing the timing, formations, and visual structure of the group.
Team A embraced that challenge with focus and commitment. Their strong chemistry and contrasting performance qualities gave the final video its distinctive atmosphere.
A special thank you to Maria for developing the choreography and guiding the dancers through every stage of the project. Her creative direction helped transform the class material into a complete visual performance.

BESPOKE PRIVATE CLASS SYSTEM
If the song you want to learn is not on the schedule, or you need to work on dance basics as part of your dance journey, simply write it down. If at least five KMDC members are interested, a small group class will be organized. This system ensures that if you desire a class, others likely do too—so suggest and create the classes you want!
